Architectural Technologist

Architectural Technologist role for a professional based in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Your new company
This medium sized architecture practice in Altrincham town centre is a short walk from the railway/tram station (20 mins to the city centre), close to shops and bars, and there is ample free parking near the office. They work on residential, office, and some hotel schemes across the UK - utilising Revit wherever possible on new schemes.

Your new role
You will be working in a job running capacity, and with support, you will be able to run your own schemes, dealing professionally with clients and other consultants. You will be responsible for providing full sets of technical drawings, and ensuring that timescales are met.

What you'll need to succeed
The practice is keen to appoint an ambitious Architectural Technologist who is a competent Revit user, but also has professional use of AutoCAD. You will have worked in practice on residential and/or commercial schemes, and will have great communication skills and be able to demonstrate your confidence at interview.
