Assistant Town Planner

Conrad consulting are delighted to be working alongside a well established multi-disciplinary in their search for an Assistant Planner. Our Client's planning team has over 25 years of experience and is well known within the industry as being a fantastic company to work for.

The role will involve working on many large-scale projects providing a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a fantastic multi-disciplinary on some exiting schemes. The main duties on this scheme will be to offer clients guidance on the planning process, provide assistance on planning applications and assist in the preparation of complex planning applications.

The ideal Assistant Town Planner will have:
·A relevant degree to at least a 2:1 Level
·An accredited RTPI town planning qualification
·Some previous experience within the industry is essential
·Excellent time management skills
·Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal

On offer to the successful Assistant town planner is a competitive salary of Circa £18,000 - £24,000 negotiable on experience, plus a fantastic benefits package including 25 days holiday and Private Healthcare.
