Job Details

A design led studio who work within the luxury timber framed sector are looking to add an experienced Technician or Technologist to their 30 strong team.

This is a company who encourage their staff to make design decisions and manage their own workload, therefore you will be a decisive team member who is confident in your technical abilities and passionate about the work you do. The role will involve project management to a certain degree, including the coordination of design engineers and structural engineers, energy reports, liaising with building control and working directy with clients.

You will have a minimum of 5 years practice experience already behind you, if you are CIAT regiustered then that is an advantage.

Current portfolio includes bespoke classrooms and nursery schools, sports facilities and leisure.

Revit is their software of choice, and you will need to demonstrate proficiency using this and a histroy of using this in practice on live projects for your application to be successful.

Salary is dependent on experience, but likely to be in the range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
