Architectural Technologist - Chelmsford

Conrad Consulting are working alongside a well renowned architectural practice based in Chelmsford to add two Architectural Technologists to their reputable design & planning team. This design-led practice are currently working on a variety of notable projects within the Residential, Commercial and Extra Care sectors.

With plans to continue to grow and expand the business, this would be an exceptional time to join the business!

This position is open to Architectural Technologists with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience, ideally spent within an architectural practice, with the capability to use AutoCAD to a high standard. Revit is also used commonly within the practice so proficiency using the package would be looked upon very favourably.

Architectural Technologists at an intermediate or senior level are also required. The ability to work confidently in a team as well as autonomously will be crucial in order to adopt a senior position within the company.

Architectural Technologist Essential Requirements:

• Relevant Architectural qualification
• Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Experience preparing feasibility schemes.
• Ability to prepare planning drawings for planning application purposes.
• Candidates should be capable of using AutoCAD or Revit, Photoshop
• Keep up to date with the latest building regulations, other relevant legislation and warranty provider standards/requirements.

A highly competitive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Architect, likely to be in the range of £32 - £42k per annum dependant on experience.
