Architect

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working alongside an award winning Architectural practice that require an Experienced Architect to join their Leicester city centre office.

This practice boast one of the largest architectural teams in the East Midlands and have built a reputation delivering awe-inspiring architectural work varying in value of up to £50m. They operate in varied sectors and boast an enviable client list where they have established solid working relationships with UK wide clientele. The successful Architect will be responsible for providing the technical lead to a small team on significant multi-million-pound developments. Projects are within the Leisure, Education and Residential sectors, to name a few.

BIM technology has been fully embraced within this practice and Revit is used throughout the office. Ideally, the successful Architect will have been using Revit or other BIM related software packages in previous Architectural roles. Other requirements include:

·RIBA/ARB Registered Architect with approx. 4 years post qualification experience
·Experience working on large developments in a range of building types
·Job running experience - advantageous
·Excellent knowledge of up to date UK Building Regulations
·Confidence in providing technical support to colleagues & assisting in the supervision and development of junior staff members

Salary offered is between £35,000 and £42,000 depending on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect to get involved in the current management structure and help develop the Leicester Office.
