Job Details
As a Project Director you must be confident leading a small team, overseeing multiple projects ( 18 - 20 ), experience with JCT contracts and exceptional communication skills. This firm specialise in high end residential schemes, one off homes within the M25, construction value up to £3 Million. They are a very family/friendly firm who like to socialise over Friday lunches together, attending local events/seminars, there is also the option of YOGA which is something I'd personally enjoy, what about you?
