Senior Town Planner

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working alongside a national environmental consultancy in their search for a Senior Town Planner. Our Clients Manchester office is rapidly expanding, and they are seeking a likeminded individual to join the office and help continue this growth. Covering a range of sectors including residential, mixed use, renewable, educational and healthcare they provide the opportunity for a talented Town Planner to excel in their career.

The role will include a range of daily activities including providing clients with pre-application advice, the preparing and submitting of planning applications, advising on the feasibility of projects and undertaking environmental impact assessments.

The ideal Senior Town Planner will:
·Hold a relevant degree (e.g. Town Planning / Geography) and be working towards full membership of the RTPI.
·Have at least 3 years' experience working within the industry
·Have fantastic communications skills both written and verbal
·Have a full UK driving licence

On offer to the successful Senior Town Planner is a competitive salary of between £26,000 - £32,000 based on experience.
