Job Details
Listed building experience is required, and Grade II experience would be highly beneficial as you will be working on a very large-scale private refurbishment project in the Residential market. You must be fully proficient in AutoCAD as it is the main software used in office, as you work across all stages.
This is a very senior position where you will be managing the project and running a team of 2-5 people at any one time. You will need to have excellent experience in running projects and delivering work to a high standard and to deadlines.
