Senior Town Planner

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join one of the UK's largest Planning Consultancies within their Birmingham Office.

Through our Clients continued successes they are continuing to grow, and are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Town Planner to join their team.

The role will include:
·Preparing, submitting and managing planning applications and appeals
·Winning and maintaining new business
·Undertaking Appraisals and Due Diligence
·Drawing-up Impact Assessments
·Acting as an expert witness
·Liaising with clients and planning authorities

The successful Senior Town planner will:
·Have at least 3 years post qualification experience
·Be a Chartered member of the RTPI
·Have excellent working knowledge of the UK planning system
·Have outstanding communication both written and verbal

On offer to the successful candidate is a Salary of Circa £28,000 and £35,000 based on experience.
