Architectural Technician

FRAME is currently recruiting for two Architectural Technicians to work on Listed Buildings across a variety of different sectors. This will be joining an Architecture and Interior Design Practice of about 60 people in the office.

This role will require you to be confident in working on large scale projects and refurbishments, although experience across Listed Buildings will be a big advantage. Confidence working across all RIBA stages would be beneficial, however you must be particularly strong in producing stages 3 and 4 technical packages and with a strong bias for the later stages of projects. Any experience on site and working on projects through to completion and handover would be an advantage. Projects will range across Hospitality, Commercial and Residential.

Full proficiency with AutoCAD will be necessary and strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
