Senior Town Planner

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join a national multi-disciplinary within their planning and environment team based within Sheffield.

Our client has a national presence with a number of offices throughout the UK and undertakes a range of exiting projects. Owing to their continuous successes they are now searching for a Senior Town Planner to join their team.

You will have a wide range of duties covering a large range of projects. Some of these duties will include the preparation of planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals and determining planning strategies.

The ideal Senior Town Planner should:
·Be a Chartered Town Planner
·Have at least 3 years industry experience
·Have fantastic communication skills
·Have a full UK driving licence
·Be able to work independently or as part of a team
·Be able to prioritise workload and be excellent at time management

On offer to the successful Senior Town Planner is a fantastic benefits package plus a salary of between £25,000 and £32,000.
