Clientside Building Surveyor - Home based (North)
Is your current role lacking the variety for you to showcase your abilities? Are you looking for more flexibility in your role? Are you currently consultancy based looking for an in-house opportunity?
A well-known and regarded client-side operation with a very strong retail and office portfolio are looking for excellent professionals. You will be home based and performing pre-acquisition surveys, schedule of works, tender analysis, Auto CAD drawings and taking a prominent role in the development of each property from inception to end.
45k + Car allowance + Benefits
