Architectural Technologist - Project Running Experience

A commercially-led & well established studio is currently on the lookout for a hands on Architectural Technologist with the ability to take on their own projects, valued from £5m - £30m (depending on experience).

Our client works nationwide on science, technology, commercial, education and government funded projects.

Although the ideal candidate will have proven project running experience already, the studio is very open to applications from Technologists that are on the cusp of moving into a project running role. Therefore, if you are familiar with RIBA stages 2/3 and working on projects through to the latter stages, this could be an amazing opportunity for you to climb the ladder. Naturally, you will have good communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients, contractors and external consultants.

Essential Requirements:

• UK Based Project Experience
• RIBA Stage Experience: Detailed Design/Technical through to latter stages
• Software: Revit
