This involved role is with one London's most established and well-known office furniture suppliers. They have built an impressive client base and project portfolio, earning the respect of clients, professionals and suppliers. They are now looking for a sales support administrator to support the sales team in the day-to-day functions of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Placing, control and coordination of orders placed with suppliers.
  • Checking order acknowledgments for accuracy.
  • Issuing sales invoices to customers.
  • Answering telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinating deliveries and installations.
  • Entering data on spreadsheets.
  • Posting new updates on Instagram and other social media channels.
  • General administration and support duties.

Skills and Experience

  • Administration experience (at least two years).
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office programs.
  • Able to use design programs including AutoCAD, Photoshop and Adobe Suite.
  • Reliable, positive and friendly disposition and can-do attitude.
  • Experience in contract furniture highly desirable.
