Architect - Housing (ArchiCAD)

A growing and notable Central London studio with a diverse project base across housing, mixed-use and commercial sectors is seeking an architect to join the team on an initial contract basis. Successful candidates will ideally have solid ArchiCAD skills and a strong background in co-coordinating large-scale, on-site projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within a small-to-medium team on a UK housing project now at construction stage.
• Liaising with client, authorities, contractors and consultants.
• Co-ordinate production team.

Skills and Experience

• Part III-qualified architect with strong UK job-running experience.
• PRS housing experience ideal.
• Excellent ArchiCAD skills.
• Confident liaising with clients, stakeholders, contractors, sub consultants and project manager.
• Excellent communication skills with a team spirit.
