BIM Technician or BIM Architect

FRAME are currently recruiting for a proven BIM Architect or Senior BIM Technician in London to join a global leading, award winning practice famous for their exquisite UK and international Hospitality, Resort and Leisure projects.

You will have demonstrable experience leading small teams, particularly through RIBA stages 3-5, ensuring packages are produced to the highest standards, and delivered according to brief, budget and time constraints.

You will have a number of years' experience on BIM level 2 projects in Revit, capable of leading these projects with minimal supervision.

Ideally, you will have experience on Hospitality projects, however this is not essential. Your ability to lead teams, work collaboratively and specialist skill set in Revit and BIM will be the advantage here.
