Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting for an inventive and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a highly regarded interdisciplinary consultancy based in Berkshire.

Due to a consistent pipeline of prominent projects, this practice requires an exceptionally talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant with the drive to develop their career and make a personal impact on both the projects and the company's future.
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be involved in construction projects from the earliest stages right through to completion. You will get the opportunity to work alongside distinguished Architects and Technologists that will provide you with all the support needed to work on the delivery of very notable projects.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
- RIBA Qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant
- Demonstrable UK industry experience
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good drawing skills, with the ability to work in 3D
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp
- Working knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great knowledge of the UK planning application process & Building Regulations
- Full UK driving licence
The Part 2 Architectural Assistant position will command a salary in the region of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, although this will be negotiated dependant on experience. To add to this, an attractive benefits package will also be on offer.
