Ambitious Project Co-ordinator needed for Successful and Vibrant Engineering Firm

A leading Engineering Firm with an exquisite portfolio of beautifully designed projects is seeking a motivated Project Co-ordinator to join their friendly team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of Document Control, Quality Assurance and knowledge of ISO 9001 quality processes. Proven experience with EDMS systems such as Conject, 4Projects, Asite, Aconex and Newforma is essential.

Working closely with the engineering groups you will be receiving, filing and issuing all drawings on all large projects using external extranet sites. You will also be working closely with the CAD team to ensure drawings are issued efficiently and adhere to a robust framework of control measures. The integrity of information will always be at the forefront of your mind.

With a strong eye for detail, you will oversee all project administration. Key responsibilities include organising project folders, assisting senior management with project fee schedules, monitoring group invoicing schedules, ensuring project fee information is up to date, and managing the group project QA process.
