Our Client: Well established Property and Construction Consultancy with offices throughout the South East.
Projects: Housing, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Local Authority, Conservation.
Company Headcount: 50 - 100
Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- MRICS or MCIOB qualified
- Proven track record of working on Housing and public-sector projects
- Experience of condition surveys, planned maintenance programmes, building defect analysis / pathology, preparation of specifications, contract admin and running a range of large and small projects
