Senior HR Generalist

FRAME are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Generalist to join a global brand with an unbeaten reputation for their luxurious designs worldwide. You will be joining their stunning Central London studio to provide HR Management for the London operation with scope to work alongside their international teams as well.

You will be a true Human Resource Generalist, with substantial proven experience with medium sized companies. Preference will be given to those who have Human Resources experience within an architectural or design practice, although this is not a prerequisite.

Your expertise will include, but not be limited to:

• Recruitment and retention
• Employee Retention
• Training and performance management
• Immigration
• Health and Safety
• Change Management
• Learning and Development

You will be a diplomatic, personable individual, able to smoothly manage all areas of Human Resources for a vibrant practice. The ability to adapt your approach to fit with corporate stakeholders and team members at all levels will be essential. Confidentiality is key, in addition to excellent organisation, prioritisation and analytical skills.

Salaries are dependent on experience and level.
