Esteemed Urban Design Consultancy seeks Impressive PA with excellent InDesign skills

Urbanism consultancy that hold an impressive portfolio of projects that promotes sustainability and smart design solutions require a dedicated PA to provide first-class support to two very busy Directors.

A diverse and dynamic role, responsibilities include:

• Scheduling meetings.
• Distribution of key information.
• Taking minutes.
• Actioning points raised in meetings.
• Co-ordinating travel.
• Managing expenses.
• Preparing presentation material in InDesign.
• Research duties.
• Event planning.

The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and above all a team player – frequently liaising with the in-house team of PA’s. This role is extremely varied therefore a candidate that possesses flexible and adaptable attributes will work well within this role.

Experience working within a similar role within the Built Environment industry would be beneficial.
