Part III Architect

A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has become available for a Part III architect to join the coolest new property developers in the city. Driven by a unique and collaborative concept, this dynamic team are responsible for some of London's most exciting co-living schemes. Reporting to the head of design, you will be part of a creative hub of designers and construction professionals, creating spaces that unlock a new way of living and working.

Key Responsibilities

• Working as part of the in-house design team on large-scale co-living/mixed use residential schemes on London.
• Production of planning, tender and construction information in Vectorworks.
• Collaboration of design ideas, playing a key role in the further development of the co-living concept.

Skills and Experience

• Part III-qualified architect from a design-focused background with well experience across design and delivery.
• Demonstrable experience working on multi-unit housing schemes in London, ideally with some mixed-use/hospitality experience.
• Sensitive and considered design approach demonstrated through a high-quality portfolio.
• Driven and motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
