Revit Technician

Revit Technician needed for a Central London interior design studio - Flexible working - £175 - £215 per day

Your new company
You'll be joining an award winning, international design studio who specialise in creating unique interiors for hotels, bars, restaurants and spas. The medium sized, diverse team you will be joining are always looking to be on the cutting edge of design, working hard to create new ideas rather than looking at old ones.

Your new role
You'll be joining the practice on a contract basis to carry out between 40-50 days work. This isn't a full time role, so it will be suitable for someone looking to work 2-3 days a week or in the evenings & weekends on top of other work. You will be working on 25 bedroom hotel, assisting the team with detailing in Revit. Your duties will also include having regular meetings with the architects and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be fully proficient in using Revit, and have the ability to produce drawing packages, elevations and floor plans for each bedroom. Aside from the technical requirements for the role, it's essential that you're confident in dealing with external stakeholders and coordinating between each party involved in the project. Finally the successful candidate will be self sufficient and be able to reach tight deadlines.
