Architectural Technician

FRAME is currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a busy Architectural Practice in Central London. This will be to join a medium sized Architectural Practice with a variety of projects to get involved with.

This role will be working alongside the Associate Director and his team of 6 to work on a variety projects in Dublin. These range across Student Accommodation, Multi-Unit Residential, a Hostel, Retail etc. You will need to be confident across the later stages of projects and have a strong technical acumen. As the Associate Director will need to travel, you will need to know the processes of a project and be able to put together technical packages confidently without supervision.

Proven experience on large scale projects is required and ideally within the Residential sector. Full proficiency with Revit is required as there won't be training provided. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations will be necessary.

You will be joining an informal but dedicated company who takes great pride in the quality of their work. There are many projects in the pipeline covering a variety of sectors and including small to large scale projects. With low staff turnover, they are looking for a someone to join them long-term and become an integral member of the team. In return they offer both support and mentoring within the office and its teams to help progress skill sets within the office.
