We are Barking Riverside - and we are looking for a like minded individual to join our team as a Commercial Manager. A key part of the role is to maintain build cost benchmarking inputs for Business Planning and establish elemental cost targets for design briefs. Furthermore you will work with the Design and Planning team to provide responsive cost advice during design development and undertake cost estimates at design stage gateways to assure costs are within budget parameters. The role involves working in a small team and requires a 'start up' mentality and hardworking team ethic and a desire to give something back to the community.
