Town Planner

Your new company
Our Client are an experienced design consultancy who offer a a range of services including Design, Masterplanning, Landscape and Town Planning. They have an established record of dealing with projects for both Private and Public sector clients and these include Industrial/Commercial, Retail and Domestic contracts.


Your new role
They are currently looking for a competent Planner to join their multi-disciplinary team. Working as part of the Planning Team your role will involve offering a comprehensive planning service to clients. This will include the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, co-ordination with design teams, feasibility advice and the preparation of planning statements and design and access statements.


What you'll need to succeed
ideally a chartered Planner or working towards RTPI status, you should have a good knowledge of planning law and procedures, be a good team worker but also be able to work with limited supervision.
