Project Architect

A leading architects and property developer responsible for the design and development of a variety of mixed-use, hospitality and housing schemes is looking for a project architect to join their in-house design team. The successful candidate with strong design, delivery and project management skills will have the opportunity to carve a career for themselves with exposure across the entire properly development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the design development, delivery and project management of large complex UK mixed-use projects.
• Ensuring schemes are delivered on time and on budget whilst protecting design integrity and quality.

 Skills and Experience

• Qualified architect with extensive on-site and project management skills across medium-to-large mixed-use/housing schemes.
• Significant experience dealing with contract administration, building regulations compliance, budgets and project programming.
• A commercial approach to creative design.
• Team-leading experience with the desire to inspire success in others.
• Vectorworks ideal but not essential.
