Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working together with a successful Architectural practice in Saffron Walden to source an enthusiastic Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their talented team.

This well-established practice specialises in both the residential and conservation sectors and have secured a packed pipeline of projects from bespoke houses, barn conversions and listed buildings through to private residential extensions and small residential developments.

Due to continued success in these sectors they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant to operate upon a variety of residential projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant that is looking to get the chance to work on all stages of projects with support provided towards part 3 qualification.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be joining a small enthusiastic team that have managed to create a friendly working environment in the heart of a historic market town.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:

• RIBA Qualified Part 2
• Proficiency in AutoCAD LT and an ability to use SketchUp and PhotoShop.
• Good presentation in 2D and 3D.
• Strong design skills.
• An appreciation of materials and construction.
• Enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn.
• The ability to drive and access to a car.

As part of a close-knit team the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant can expect to receive all the support needed to make the appointment a success. Flexible working hours will be available. The Architectural Assistant can also expect to command a highly competitive salary likely to be in the range of £22-£27k.
