Conrad Consulting are currently recruiting on behalf of a prominent AJ100 Architectural practice based close to Sevenoaks in Kent. Due to an increased project pipeline, the opportunity exists for a Part 2 Qualified Architectural Assistants to join their dynamic Architectural Team.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant work upon large education and commercial schemes under the guidance of a RIBA qualified Architectural mentor on the design and development of projects from concept stage through to completion of a project.

As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant you will be provided with all the support and experience required for your development towards completion of your Part 3 examination.

Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:

• RIBA Qualified Part 2
• Hold at least one years worth of industry experience in a private practice environment
• Software proficiency in AutoCAD as a minimum, with the added benefit of Revit & ArchiCAD
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence with a drive to really develop your career

A highly attractive salary and benefits package would be on offer to the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant, likely to be in the range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience.
