Job Details
A unique role has arisen for a technical/delivery oriented individual to join an established architecture and design firm based in the heart of Clerkenwell.
They are circa 25 strong and work on a complete mix of building types including small to medium size residential developments to commercial refurbishment and new build schemes. They work out of a stunning studio space and have a really nice/sociable feel about them. The team consists of qualified Architects, Part II Assistants, a couple of Designers and a small support team. They have a really nice mix of people, ages and interests so it really is a nice place to work.
A strategic decision has been made by the Directors that due to an increase in workload and projects being at various stages they now need to recruit a suitably qualified and knowledgeable individual who possesses a solid track record in dealing with projects at the post-planning stages. They are keen to recruit either a qualified Architect, a highly experienced Architectural Assistant or a Senior Technologist to undertake an office wide role.
They are ideally seeking someone who can nurture and share their technical/construction experience their less experienced team members. This person would move across key projects within the office assisting with technical reviews or technical delivery, but would also have projects under their supervision to deliver from start to finish. This will suit an individual who knows how to put a building together and is keen to influence the new generation of Architects within the practice!
