Your new company
This brilliant medium sized consultancy has come into its own in recent years, with growth in their Building Surveying, Cost Management and Project Management teams, and a whole raft of projects taking the office total to 70 live schemes.

Within their Quantity Surveying & Project Management division, they work on a range of commercial projects - retail, offices, logistics centres, warehouses and light industrial buildings - and the best part is they are UK based and UK funded, with very little chance of being disrupted by Brexit.

Your new role
You will be primarily supporting the Seniors whilst managing your own workload - you'll be providing pre-contract advice, tender packages, cost management and post-win cost management services to a variety of clientele across the country, using your expertise to maximise quality of service.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a proven background in consultancy, but you may have also worked with developers and/or contractors. Ultimately you need to be ambitious, switched on, commercially savvy and a team player.
