Associate / Director Residential

Opportunities to work within a residential design advisory company in Bristol as Associate / Director.

Your new company
Based in Bristol, working with house builder clients both large scale plc and smaller bespoke companies providing a design advisory service from feasibility through to planning.

Your new role
You will be experienced of working with developers and have worked at senior level either within practice or direct for residential companies, competent with all aspects of early stage residential projects to enable successful project completion.
Opportunities for Associate and Director level candidates.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be competent with all aspects of the design and masterplanning of large scale residential schemes, have experience and a portfolio to show projects you have run successfully and supported other team members to be a part of.
For the director level position you will have a portfolio of clients you can bring with you to the business and be keen to embark with the business on an ambitious growth plan to take them to the next level of supply.
