Job Details

A fantastic position has become available for a Project Architect to work for a well-established Kent based practice. Salary circa £40,000 depending on experience.

For this position you will need at least 3 years PQE, you'll need previous experience of leading the briefing process, feasibility studies and coordinate between various team int he office. A background with dealing with clients is vital for this position as you'll be attending many client meetings, site experience would be ideal. In general knowledge across all RIBA stages would be preferable. ArchiCAD is the main software in use so fluency in this would put you ahead of the rest! You'll be working on a number of education schemes ranging from primary to secondary so an interest in this area is needed.

This is a long term position for an individual seeking to grow with a company and gain more responsibility with their own projects over time. It's certainly a decent opportunity for to get your foot in the door at an established practice in the Kent area. Please do get in touch now!
