This well-renowned company have an outstanding opportunity available for an ambitious and enthusiastic Architectural Technician who wants to progress and develop their career within the Architectural industry, particularly in the residential sector.

We are looking for Architectural Technicians who can display exceptional AutoCAD skills and are confident when presenting to others. A professional personality and a willingness to learn will be key. The ideal Architectural Technician will be able to produce working drawings for construction purposes and aid the technical team in promoting the highest standards of residential design & technical solutions.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who has a few years of experience under their belt and wants to really take their career on to the next level with a large company that can guarantee to offer prospects for clear progression.

Architectural Technician Essential Requirements

• ·Technical Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND, etc)
• ·A comprehensive understanding of AutoCAD and a professional Portfolio of Work to demonstrate this.
• ·Minimum 3 years experience working within UK Architectural Industry.
• ·Comprehension of UK Building Regulations & legislation.
• ·A firm grasp of traditional & innovative approaches to construction.
• ·A residential developer background is advantageous.
• ·Experience with Revit would be highly desirable

A highly competitive salary will be on offer to the successful Architectural Technician, likely to be in the region of £30-£34k
