Job Details
The work really is top draw and of an ilk I believe will be highly appealing in the market given its variation. They have no fewer than 4 cracking schemes on-going and that is why they are looking for additional skills to compliment the current stable team.
You are going to be supporting Senior staff with feasibility studies, site visits, modelling and presentations. There will be design and technical input depending on the given project.
I can tell you all about the projects but below are some requirements I need to see to ensure you're in the remit of suitable applicant for these hires:
• Part 2 Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect or Overseas Architect with at least 2 years UK experience.
• Given it's a contract role, you'll need to be confident hitting the ground running on Vectorworks.
• Clear design creativity supported by technical sensitivity.
• The office environment dictates that you'll be a confident communicator in English.
Rates are likely circa £15 p/hour Ltd/Umbrella depending on your relevant experience and ability. Interviews can take place through next week if available to do so. You'd be looking an offer of 3 months work initially but with a realistic view of extension or switch to permanent if all parties are happy.
As I say, this opportunity is a little against the norm not being housing focused and will be an amazing gig for the right individual.
