Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working together with a well-established Architectural practice in Hertfordshire to source a driven and determined recently-qualified Part 3 Architect to become a part of their continued success.

This innovative practice specialises in the residential, commercial and public sectors and have forged a fantastic reputation for delivering outstanding projects for major house builders, the NHS, schools and colleges as well as a number of commercial organisations.

Due to consistent accomplishments within these sectors they are now looking to appoint an talented Part 3 Architect to join them in their newly opened office in Royston. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect who has just become Part 3 qualified and is now looking to really take their career on to the next level!

Part 3 Architect Requirements:

  • RIBA Qualified Part 3 Architect
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and an ability to use SketchUp and PhotoShop
  • Demonstrable experience within the UK Residential sector is a minimum
  • Good presentation in 2D and 3D
  • Strong design skills
  • An appreciation of materials and construction
  • Enthusiastic approach with a desire to learn



As part of a talented team the successful Part 3 Architect can expect to receive all the support needed to make the appointment a success. The Architect can also expect to command a highly competitive salary likely to be in the range of £25-£30k.
