Town Planner

Exiting opportunity for a Town Planner to join one of the UK's leading Town Planning Consultancies within their Manchester office.

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working alongside this prestigious consultancy, with our client having been recognised as one of the best places to work within the property sector. Owing to the company being owned by an employee benefit trust, the practice is run for the benefit of the staff with the profits reinvested into the business and shared with the staff through bonuses.

The role will involve working on a range of projects throughout the public and private sectors, including the preparation and submission of planning applications, providing guidance on planning issues and advising clients on the promotion of development schemes through local plans.

The ideal Town Planner will:
·Have a first or second-degree qualification in a relevant subject
·Be working towards chartered membership of the RTPI
·Have at least 2 years' experience within a similar role
·Have fantastic written and verbal communication skills

On offer to the successful Town Planner is a salary of between £25,000 and £30,000 based on experience.
