Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting is looking to source an Architectural Technician, on a permanent basis, in East Lothian.

The successful candidate will join a firm of rural surveyors, who have been well-established in the market for over 50 years and have been enjoying an increase in turnover, year on year.

A bit about the companies' workload:

• Sectors > Leisure, Residential, Agriculture & Commercial
• Value of projects up to £500k. (Average project between £100k - £350k)
• A mix of new build, extensions and refurbishments
• Current pipeline > Golf club, Farm house, several different domestic projects

You will work closely with 2 experienced and talented Architects, completing the following duties; Technical drawings, Surveys, Detailing & warrants and general involvement of administration tasks.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Architectural Technician, with at least 2 years' post grad experience and previous experience within the UK. A competent user in AutoCAD is essential. Rural experience would be a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.

Offer / Contract

• Salary is negotiable > Between £25,000 - £30,000 (Depending on level of experience)
• 30 days holiday
• Pension
• Working hours > 9am - 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
