Job Details

Award-winning and exciting Architecture Office is looking for a temporary part-time Finance Assistant to join their friendly office in London!

In this role you will be working closely with the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include processing suppliers’ invoices, prepare suppliers BACS payment run, post payments to SAGE 50 Accounts, processing suppliers’ invoices and matching purchase orders to suppliers’ invoice.

Strong communication and team-working skills are a must! The successful candidate will ideally be a pro-active individual with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

If you have experience in Finance Assisting/Accounts Payable roles with a strong working knowledge of SAGE 50 and Purchase Ledger experience, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant Practice!
