Job Details
A small, award-winning, vibrant,and hands-on design practice are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician or Technical Architect to join their East London practice.
This is a 6-8 week contract opportunity, leading the tender package for a London housing project.
It is essential for the role that you have the following:
- NBS Specification Writing
- Technical drawing and coordination skills
- Detailing experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Diligent design brief tracking
- Strong communication and team working skills
