Conrad Consulting are thrilled to be working alongside a successful Architectural Practice based in Kenilworth. Since their inception over 20 years ago, they have been continuously busy, gaining loyal clients, both public and private. Their vacancy is due to an influx in projects, and they are looking to grow their small team in the coming months.

Workload within this role is varied - the successful Architectural Technologist will be working with a team of established Architects, predominantly on High-End Residential projects for private clients. Duties include designing, assembling and coordinating detail drawings, schedules and reports.

Requirements of the Architectural Technologist:

·Qualified Architectural Technologist with at 3-5 years post qualification experience
·Fully proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp
·Experience in Residential projects
·Understanding of UK Building Regulations
·Ability to convey excellent construction documentation skills
·Work as an individual with minimum supervision as well as an enthusiastic team player

Salary offered is £27,500 - £32,500 plus generous benefits.
