Experienced Marketing Manager with Excellent Written Communication - Leading Engineering Collective

Prestigious and award-winning firm seeks a talented Marketing Manager to join their London-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with relevant industry experience to apply their practical and strategic skill-set to maintain, develop and implement the overall marketing function whilst simultaneously raising the Practice profile.

The role comprises of key responsibilities such as Marketing, Communications, Bids & Proposals, and Graphic Design. Day-to-day duties will be overseen by the Marketing Team and lead by the Marketing Manager, responsibilities include (but not limited too) aspects such as developing marketing strategies, managing practice capability statements, preparing content for marketing assets, producing and managing the practice award submissions, internal and external collateral, website, social media channels, PR and Press content.

Managing the bids process is a fundamental part of this wide-ranging remit and it is essential that the successful candidate possesses excellent written communication skills as the Marketing Manager will be produce effective, informative and engaging content. In addition to this, you will be preparing relevant documentation, monitoring and coordinating the competition submission process, and manage the responses to questionnaires.

To be considered, you must possess relevant and extensive marketing and bids experience, great industry experience, property and construction knowledge, and above all fantastic written and verbal communication skills. Time-management and organisation, with the ability to multitask and prioritise are highly desirable skills. The firm is seeking an engaging, confident and personable Marketing Manager who possesses the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
