Celebrated and respected Engineering Consultancy firm is seeking a strategic and dedicated Recruitment Manager to join their wonderful team.
This role is pivotal to the firm’s future and as Recruitment Manager you will be tasked with the responsibility of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies and hiring the best suited and most qualified candidates.
Working closely with and establish great working relationships with the HR Manager and Hiring Managers, you will be responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, understand and identify current and future personnel needs, develop job advertisement strategies, advise on interviewing and evaluation techniques, host and participate in events, calculate recruitment KPIs, oversee the onboarding process and assist the HR team with reviewing and developing design succession plans and promotion policies.
To be considered, candidates will ideally possess 5 – 8 years’ experience as a senior in-house recruiter within the built environment industry and hold fantastic knowledge of recruitment procedures, excellent advert writing skills, and in-depth knowledge of interview and candidate evaluation techniques. In addition to this, you will be confident at working at a senior level and have proven experience of working with a senior/managerial role. Successful candidates will be IT savvy and have excellent experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate databases and possess thorough knowledge of employment legislation.
Superb time-management and organisation skills are essential.
