Bristol-based Bids & Marketing Assistant for Exceptional Regional Architecture Practice
Do you have a strong foundation in Bid Coordination and seeking new opportunities in the Bristol area? We are working with an internationally-respected Architecture studio producing award-winning schemes, and they require an ambitious Bids & Marketing Assistant to develop winning submissions.
With prior experience of completing bid, PQQ and tender documents using Adobe Creative Suite, the successful candidate will design layouts for submission, collating relevant images and graphics and liaise with the central bid team on all aspects as well as marketing materials. Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, you will coordinate with multiple project teams and update libraries with standard PQQ information, staff CVs, project case studies and photography. This role requires responsibility for writing and formatting quarterly newsletters to external contacts and managing internal communications with regional updates.
To be considered, you must possess superb knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, in addition to strong time management skills. Working across multiple and often competing deadlines will be expected; you must demonstrate the capability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines consecutively.
Exceptionally high standards of copywriting, proof-reading and accuracy will be vital. A passion for Architecture and the Built Environment will be a driving force in your ambitions and experience of working within relevant environments will be a distinct advantage.
