Multi Award-Winning Engineering Consultancy requires an Industry-Savvy Marketing Manager

A highly prestigious Engineering company seeks a strategic Marketing Manager with strong implementation skills. With a considered mind-set and the ability to mobilise successful communications campaigns, winning bid submissions and fruitful networking opportunities, we are searching for a proactive, energetic and motivated individual.

To be considered, you must have strong industry experience within a similar Marketing, New Business or Communications role (a minimum of 3-5 years will be expected). Evidence of working in an Architecture or Engineering practice will be highly advantageous.

Working closely with the Directors, the Marketing Manager will oversee the development and roll out of marketing strategy in conjunction with a PR Consultancy. Research and writing-heavy, you will conduct thorough fact-finding on potential clients and prepare key presentations. A solid understanding of technical terminology will prove essential, and you will convert this in to engaging content for internal and external communications purposes. Newsletters, website updates and social media posts will all be your responsibility, and you will lead a Marketing Assistant in their delivery.

Importantly, the successful candidate will bring a keen awareness of graphic design and visual communication to the role. Maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across all print and digital collateral will be a foremost consideration, as well as structuring an internal database of archived materials. Writing, coordinating, compiling, editing and submitting large bid documents and PQQ submissions is central to the Marketing Manager’s remit and you will play an integral role in securing new projects sensitive to the company’s ethos, style and preferred sectors.

Advanced skills in Photoshop and InDesign are preferred, in addition to a working knowledge of CMS and CRM systems.
