Under new Management! This 200 bedroom hotel in the city of Lagos is a well known high rise. Covering 7 stories, it has been open for nearly 2 decades, and continues to dominate. Little do the high profile guests know of the massive technical challenges involved in running this landmark building. With extremely inconsistent power supply, the hotel has no less than 3 power sources. A completely inappropriate chilling system was also installed initially, and this is causing massive issues. The new GM is looking for a Engineer who has excellent experience in solving high rise M&E issues. You would also have experience in servicing hotel or 24hour operations which have demanding end users. With local staff to support you, and a wide range of external contractors to manage, your role will focus on finding lasting solutions to ongoing technical building issues.

This would suit someone with a flexible attitude and the ability to think laterally in order to engineer only the safest, most efficient and longest lasting solutions.

Ability to communicate in written and verbal English at the highest level, coupled with 10 years experience and an engineering degree essential.
