Qualifed Or Aspiring AABC Accredited Architect

One of World's leading architecture practices, renowned for its ability to work on hugely complex & culturally significant conservation & heritage projects, has an amazing opportunity for a Qualified Architect with aspirations to become conservation accredited.

Applicants that demonstrate the following will be contacted ASAP and invited for interview:

• Previous experience working on multi-million pound listed buildings (essential)
• Ability to work from inception through to completion, including design, technical and delivery experience
• Proven ability to work on BIM based listed build projects, preferably using Revit (highly desirable, not essential)
• Aspirations to become an AABC accredited Architect, if not already (desirable)

All projects are delivered in BIM; therefore, all candidates are asked to demonstrate a Revit proficiency within a folio of work.

It is imperative that applicants possess a strong design ethos with the ability to approach a sensitive design brief in an imaginative way. You should also be able to demonstrate the proven ability to work across all RIBA Stages.
