Exciting new opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join a growing Architecture Practice for an initial 7 month contract in London.
The selected Architectural Technician will be working on a number of high end care facility projects. You will be creating technical BIM models, helping to lead the project across stages 3 and 4. You will also meet with relevant consultants and assist in the writing of specifications.
Key skills and experience:
- Degree qualified in Architecture, Architectural Technology or equivalent
- Experience working on high end residential projects
- Expert ability using Revit
- Confident leading BIM projects
- Experience of specification writing would be beneficial
- Comfortable working at technical design stages
