Town Planner

Your new company
Our Client are a planning practice who work for a variety of Clients dealing with residential, commercial and retail projects.


Your new role
They are currently seeking a Town Planner to join their growing team and deal with a caseload of applications and assist with more major projects. The role will involve:


Development Appraisal Work - The research required in the undertaking and reporting on the appraisal of the development potential of land and buildings on behalf of Clients.

Development Control Work - The preparation and submission of all types of planning application and supporting information, planning history research, site assessment and meetings with Local Planning Authorities.



What you'll need to succeed
With a desire to develop your planning career you should ideally be recently qualified or possess a degree in Town Planning ( or an equivalent subject) and have recent work experience working in planning with either public and/or private sector.
