Job Details
Adrem is currently working in partnership with one of the UK's top residential housebuilders, seeking an experienced technical coordinator to manage a large-scale joint-venture masterplan.
This firm operates a little differently to your average housebuilder - they have garnered an established reputation for being people-centric, committed to being a sustainable/green business and utilising the latest Building Information Modelling technology.
The ideal applicant will already be working as a technical coordinator within an established UK contractor or residential housebuilder, delivering a range of residential and mixed-use projects at scale.
It is essential that individuals possess experience working throughout the entire project lifecycle from inception through to completion, including M&E and utilities.
